Day 10 – BURN: Circuit 2

Much  better day today!  Although I did not get enough sleep (I really need to work on this!) I still had a very good workout, it’s hard to type properly, heh.   I was able to exchange the bands and threaded bar/weights and picked up three  pairs of neoprene dumb bells — 10, 15 and 20.  I will start using them on Monday, today I used Chris’ SelectTechs for this workout.

Here is how my workout went:

Sumo Squat with Bicep Curl 17.5 lbs 12 Perfect, 100% failure at 10
Lunge with One-Arm Tricep Extension 7.5 lbs 12 Good
Dead Lift Row 20 lbs 12 Good, lower back was mad
Sumo Squat with Overhead Tricep Extension 15 lbs 12 Perfect, challenging
Dead Lift with Double Row 15 lbs 12 Last 3 very hard, back was mad
Bowler’s Lunge w/ Single Arm Row 15 lbs 12 Ow!  I wanted to quit at 10 but hung in there
Bicep Curls with Abductor Balance 12.5 lbs 12 Stayed at 12.5, challenging!  Wrists are ready to quit
EXTREME Bicep Curls 12.5 lbs 3
Forward-Lean Lunge w/Double Row 15 lbs 12 Went very good.
Triple Threat Push-ups - 12 First two on toes, rest on knees
EXTREME Tricep Push-up - 3 Tough!

My wrists were very uncooperative in the end… again I don’t know if it is the wrist or two much tension on my forearm.  Good workout!
