Day 10 – BURN: Circuit 2

Much better day today! Although I did not get enough sleep (I really need to work on this!) I still had a very good workout, it’s hard to type properly, heh.  I was able to exchange the bands and threaded bar/weights and picked up three pairs of neoprene dumb bells — 10, 15 and 20. I will start using them on Monday, today I used Chris’ SelectTechs for this workout.
Here is how my workout went:

| Bowler’s Lunge w/ Single Arm Row | 15 lbs | 12 | Ow! I wanted to quit at 10 but hung in there |
| Bicep Curls with Abductor Balance | 12.5 lbs | 12 | Stayed at 12.5, challenging! Wrists are ready to quit |
| EXTREME Bicep Curls | 12.5 lbs | 3 | |
| Forward-Lean Lunge w/Double Row | 15 lbs | 12 | Went very good. |

My wrists were very uncooperative in the end… again I don’t know if it is the wrist or two much tension on my forearm. Good workout!
