Day 24 – BURN: Circuit 2

Tired today, didn’t get to bed early enough and was on the go as soon as I got up at 6:30am.. finally got my workout in at 5:30p this afternoon, which is way later than I like to.. I didn’t do cardio yesterday (rest day) but wishing I did!  Can’t wait to start PUSH phase next Wednesday, not to mention I am starting to obsess about Insanity, which is what I plan to do after ChaLEAN Extreme is finished in December.

Here is how my workout went:

Dead Lift with Double Row 17.5 lbs 12 Good!
Bowler’s Lunge w/ Single Arm Row 17.5 lbs 12 BURN
Bicep Curls with Abductor Balance 15 lbs 12 HARD!
EXTREME Bicep Curls 15 lbs 3 Hard Hard HARD!
Forward-Lean Lunge w/Double Row 15 lbs 12 Good
Triple Threat Push-ups - 12 6 toes/6 knees
EXTREME Tricep Push-up - 3
