Day 27 – BURN: Circuit 3

Yesterday was one of those days that doesn’t pan out the way you planned it, but you don’t give up!  I did not yet my workout in Friday as planned, so I am going to have to swap Sunday’s rest day for yesterday’s lack of workout… so this morning, first thing, I was out in front of the TV doing my final Burn Circuit 3 workout and threw in a bonus Ab Burner.

Lots of green which means I went up in several areas, and it felt good!

Here’s my workout for today:

Sumo Squat w/ Overhead Press 17.5 lbs 10 100% Failure
Lunge with Calf Raise 20 lbs 12 hard, tingling!
Squat with Lateral Raise 10 lbs 11.5 Failure
Lunge w/ Frontal Press 10 lbs 12 Good
Squat with Calf Raise 20 lbs 12 Good, but hard time with balance
Sumo Squat with Delt Raises 10 lbs
12 Hard
Squat w/ Double Overhead Press 10 lbs 12 HARD HARD HARD!
EXTREME Overhead Press 10 lbs 3 Hard!
Lunge w/ Lateral Raise 10 lbs 10/12 Arms could not do last 2
EXTREME Pushups - 3 3 normal, yeah!
Sumo Squat w/ Calf Raises 17.5 lbs 12 Great!
EXTREME Sumo Squats 17.5 lbs 3 RAWR!

Wow, done with the disc!  I can’t believe how quickly it all passed, Wednesday starts the new phase and I’m excited!
