Day 28 – BURN: Burn It O– OWWW!

During warm  ups this morning I pulled my lower right back.  Hopefully it will feel better soon so I can still get my workout in.  i’m not sure if it was from sleeping on my back (I have an old vertebrae injury that doesn’t like that) or if I was going too hard while too cold during my warmup.  Bleh.

I did enjoy my Shakeology this morning!  2/3 almond milk, 1 cup water and 1 cup ice with 1 tblsp peanut butter and 1 tblsp honey!
