Day 42 – PUSH: Circuit 3

Guess what?  Second Circuit 3 means HALWAY THROUGH THE PHASE!

Yeah, it’s a way I show myself time is flying by.  As long as I get that workout in, December will be here before I know it, and that is so exciting!

I did not get to go up like I wanted to from last week because my home weights only go up to 20.  On several I think I’m ready to go up more, but until I can buy the next set of dumbbells, it is what it is.  At Chris’ I can use the Select Techs so it’s no biggie.  Next Sunday I’ll be able to go up as planned.
