Day 48 – PUSH: Burn Intervals & Ab Burner

I hate to do it but I took a rest day out of Day 47 because I was feeling miserable with a headcold.  General rule to all was STAY AWAY.

So, Sunday instead of Circuit 3 I did Burn Intervals and Ab Burner.  It is still such a butt kicking workout, even though I’m almost 2 months into it… and coughing.. stuff.  Nonetheless, got through the workout feeling really good!
