Day 49 – PUSH: Circuit 3

Well, today was a crazy one!  It’s 1AM and I just completed my workout.  I had planned on doing my workout at 9:30 this morning when I received a call at 9:15 that my youngest, Max, had thrown up in class and had to be picked up.  So I packed up my things and spent the day watching how he reacted to consuming food, losing food, etc.  Trey was doing well but by evening time he, too, was throwing up. :(

Nonetheless, I had to workout, so here it is (plus, I was able to help Trey through a couple of hurls during).  I used my home set which stops at 20 lbs., so unfortunately I did not get to go up where I wanted to.  Time to get those 22′s or 25′s.

Long-Arm Pullover 20 lbs 8 Very good, no shoulder problems

That’s it, one more week left in PUSH and it’s time for LEAN.  This month FLEW BY FAST!
