Day 56 – PUSH: Circuit 3

Final workout for this phase.  Time sure flies when you’re having fun :)  I honestly cannot believe how quickly November flew by.  It wasn’t that long ago I was punching people on Halloween, now I enjoyed a Thanksgiving feast after a trip with Chris and the boys to San Diego and now it’s on to Christmas season and the final 30 of 90 days.  Leaving for out of town threw my schedule off, I had less time on Sunday than I had anticipated… I ended up not getting this workout in as scheduled, so I planned on doing it Tuesday night or Wednesday and bringing Burn It Off disc with me for the  hotel.  As it turns out, I never had time to do that either.. so it would have to eat into my rest days before Phase 3.  I ended up doing this workout on Wednesday and Burn It Off Thanksgiving morning (which was appropriate!).  Being able to do the circuit at Chris’ was great because I was finally able to move up (highest weights at my place are 20 lbs freeweights, Chris has SelectTechs)

That’s it, one more week left in PUSH and it’s time for LEAN. This month FLEW BY FAST!
