Day 85 – LEAN Circuit 3

Last Circuit workout of the entire program.  Wow.  I’ll tell ya, I’m going to miss these workouts during Insanity, but I have full intention of continuing them later.  This whole program has been amazing.  Chalene Johnson is an awesome trainer/instructor that keeps you interested, inspired and in a good mood.  She’s a fantastic motivator as well as having humor sprinkled in.  You can tell she really is friends with those around her, which makes you feel like part of the gang.  It sounds somewhat silly, but it truly does have an impact on you whether you’re conscious of it or not!

I have a couple of cardio workouts left + measurements.  My next post will be my final photos and measurements so stay tuned!  INSANITY is scheduled to begin Monday, January 4th!!

Reverse Lunge and Arnold Press 17.5 lbs 12 I decided to go up.  Opposite side back to arm was complaining, but did fine!

Chest Fly with Hip Lift 17.5 lbs 12 Wow!

Kneeling Overhead Press and Center Crunch 15 lbs 12

Chest Fly – Abduction 12.5 lbs 12.5 Good. Chest is broken down at this point from other exercises
