Day 1 – INSANITY Fit Test

Here we go with the first day of my new workout — INSANITY.  And it is INSANE.  When you know P90X veterans are intimidated by it, you know it is going to kick butt!  And it did!  That’s right, the FIT TEST kicked my butt.. 25 minutes of rests and pushing yourself to do as much of one move as possible.  In the Power Knees & Jumps I ended up slapping my legs RED!  Haha.  This is going to be an intense workout, looking forward to tomorrow!  Gonna have to go to bed earlier and probably try to workout earlier in the morning (I did this at 4:30p).

Week 1 Fit Test

Switch Kicks: 88
Power Jacks: 53
Power Knees: 68
Power Jumps: 34
Globe Jumps: 8
Suicide Jumps: 9 (I stopped early… about 20 seconds early, I was SPENT from everything)
Push Up Jacks: 15
Low Plank Oblique: 50 (1 count for each leg)
