Day 8 – INSANITY Cardio Power & Resistance

Another great workout to kickoff week 2!  I was really looking forward to today’s workout and it didn’t let me down!  Cardio Power & Resistance was so much easier this time around. I made it through most of the workouts it felt like.. though there were some I was slow to start into thanks to the last exercise :)
My left shoulder has a sting to it during the push-ups :(  On the traveling push-ups I ended up doing as many knee assisted pushups as I could to take the strain off the left shoulder :/

Other than that — WOW! Workout FLEW by!

    I agree before checking this blog after I worked out I too noticed more strength and energy today than the first time. I actually enjoyed the globe jumps! Since I was disliking floor work I used my husbands perfect pushup things for the pushups/dips. It took the focus off my wrists straining- and I felt more ab burn. I’m glad you blog!
