This is where I workout… all I need is a TV and DVD player for Insanity (add SelectTechs for ChaLEAN). No gym dues, no adjusting my workout because someone’s using the weights or machine I want, no changing in front of others.. infact, in the time it takes to load the kids, drive there, sign in for kid care, change.. change back, sign out the kids, drive home… I’d already be done with my workout at home! This is it, and I have had better results in the past 4 months than I have had in the past few years at the gym where I’d get bored!

Some people still tell me they didn’t know I’m a coach, and I never want to sound like I’m pushing anyone to buy something from me.  But I *am* a coach with Team BeachBody, these are the products I am proud to sell to you because I truly do believe in them.  I use these daily, I am happy with them and I think so many others can be happy with their results too if they find which program identifies with them… at least to get started, because I and so many friends I’ve made on FaceBook started with one and now we want to do them all!  I’m working on it!!
