I included the stretches so you can see what those are like, they’re part of EVERY workout and though my hamstrings still need work, they’re definitely improved! And oops, I didn’t visit after the workout — we ended up going to a movie after I finished (and cooled off slightly) and by the time we returned I went to bed! Anyway, back to the repeated intervals.     I just finished Pure Cardio today and man, was it tough! I like watching your videos the day before I do them so I can know just how bad it’s gonna be. You make them look pretty easy though, I can only imagine what I look like working out haha. The first few times I heard that noise, I thought it was you! But then I remembered you mentioning you had a parrot. That last clip was adorable!

    Haha, Kate! Pure Cardio has become my favorite — I think the lack of breaks makes it seem fast. I’m glad my workouts give you a sneak peek at what to expect. That’s so funny you thought the parrot was me, but I guess you can get noisy through some of these.. i know I make silly noises during the side obliques :) give it time though, the first two weeks I probably drank 36oz water through the entire workout, now I need just around 20! :P
