It’s time for the Before and After Results!
I cannot believe that December came and went. The LEAN month of ChaLEAN was SO FUN. I’ve always enjoyed free weights but I don’t know that I have ever specifically called it fun! I really got a kick out of the use of legs and arms or crunches at the same time, and I can’t believe 4 weeks passed as fast as it did… Let alone the entire 90 day program.
I am just absolutely grateful that I chanced across Turbo Jam and ChaLEAN Extreme. I feel like I have found the gates to fulfillment I have always longed for. Sounds really deep, doesn’t it? When I first started working out to Turbo Jam and heard the company’s name, “BeachBody” I scoffed. That’s right, I admit it! I thought it was tacky.. but here I am, done with 90 days of ChaLEAN Extreme and headed into 60 days of INSANITY.Â In just three months and less than an hour a day 5 days a week I lost 21.5″ all over and the side-by-side results speak for themselves, and I get it: For the first time in my life I feel like I now have the tools I need for my very own beach body, that come summertime I will be in such great shape I can comfortably take the boys to Hurricane Harbor or the beach wearing a two-piece and feel no shame! When Chris and I venture out to the Bahamas or Florida I don’t have to carefully pick out my outfits or hide behind a one-piece.
This is all very exciting.
SO. Without further ado I present my 90 day before and after, as well as the stats from day 1, 30, 60, 90.
In the end I lost 21.5″ all over, biggest difference was 4.5″ from my waist. I gained .1 pound in the end which as you can tell meant I lost plenty of fat and gained muscle mass. Unfortunately neither body fat calculating device I have properly reflects this, which is annoying since the proof is in the pictures!

|Progress Notes: You can see some changes in the pictures, but they don’t do justice to what I see everyday in definition in my abdominals, legs, arms, etc! You can see there’s more definition to my arms, you can see more definition in my inner thigh. You can actually tell my upper legs are thinner and can see more *cough* butt cheek through the middle. Also, my butt is looking tighter/lifted. At the hips you can see they are smoothing out — rather than the muffin/tire effect above the pantyline. No idea what happened with my hair :P|

|Progress Notes: Hurray! I am very happy with the end results. I think that I could have had even more changes by restricting my diet, but I mostly counted calories. However, seeing Day 1 side by side with Day 90 I was blown away!|
