Week 5 – Recovery Week. What an enjoyable workout. It is not as intense as Cardio Recovery (primarily because of those evil lunges and squats!) but it was still a good fulfilling workout nonetheless… and that last move, whewie — that is intense at the end and I managed not to fly away :) I absolutely LOVED the punches.. I love to kick and punch… the jab and squat where I jump 180 degrees to punch the other side was awesome fun!!











You know whats funny? When you are doing drills like that included the pushups and the sprints you count and announce for yourself, I realized I do that too- maybe its because we know what is next but are not getting to watch during those and keeping count for ourselves too.
Ha! Yeah, I do count to keep track of where I am at versus Shaun T’s count! It helps me know if I am improving too as I see if I am keeping up!
How’s it going?
This workout was certainly a nice change up from the crazy insanity workouts! I just did this one for the first time today. I can see that the next four weeks are going to kill me since I’m already drained and both knees are slightly inflamed. I do worry about the knees.
