Week 6 – That’s right people! We’re closing in on the final weeks of this INSANITY challenge! Fit Test 3 … well, you’ll see. Mid workout we do switch kicks from the ground and in the first set I think I slightly hyperextended my knee because by the final circuit my right knee was bothering me…The next morning squatting down to look at something I could definitely tell there was some inflamed tissue in the right versus left. SO be careful! Lots of fun cool moves including a few longer interval moves, but overall alot of fun!
