Week 6 – Pure Cardio 2.0! I’m having ALOT of fun with these new workouts. They are kicking my butt as I cannot yet get all the way through all of them (some I could do the move TWICE) but I am definitely feeling the strength. I mean check out my power pushups at 1:44! Knee is still bothering me, could feel it during the workout and moreso into the evening :(

    I just finished day 38 as well. These workouts kick my butt too, but I find the Pure Cardio workouts a little easier than the other ones. My wife watched me do the workout while she was taking care of the baby and said at least it didn’t sound like I was going to die with this workout compared the other two max workouts!
