Week 6 – A very mild workout. Lots of stretching and balance exercises to concentrate on the core muscles. Watching this video I can definitely improve my form in many places! Heels up in plie was VERY difficult (when I have my arms straight out to the side and pulsed then came down to one side. The other hard one was pressing the elbow into the inside of the knee without supporting my weight with anything but my legs.. GROOLING! Other than that.. it was a good recovery, especially to give my knee a break.
