Yes! The Sneak Preview arrived on my doorstep, so I’ve recorded my workout so you can get a glimpse, too! Because it’s such quick bursts, I ended up increasing the speed… I was on the fence on whether or not I wanted a 10 minute post or an 18 minute post!
