The Fitness Guide is full of information. It explains the program, it covers if you’re ready or not including a Prep Schedule (9 weeks) that gets your body ready for the main program.. This schedule appears to focus on the Fire workouts — which sounds similar to Turbo Jam in the cardio moves + a couple of Fire Drills (mini HIIT minutes). She then talks about setting goals, how to track them. Then there’s several pages on combining Chalean Extreme for a hybrid workout. The only time she combines a circuit with TurboFire is stretching… hmm
