Day 1 was GREAT! I was drenched in sweat and CRASHED (not physically) halfway through and had to make my recovery drink — that helped! Definitely strong in my quads and glutes but need work in my chest the most, and work on my speed. Jumps were higher than I expected!
This intense 30-day workout is not for beginners! If you’ve completed Insanity, P90X, Chalean Extreme or TurboFire this is a great bootcamp or sports training style workout to help you with your agility, strength and stamina!
