Day 2 – Strength.. I love me some resistance exercise, this is part of the appeal for Asylum. I love the feeling of pushing free-weights, I don’t know what it is! Again my legs/glutes prove to be the strongest point while my chest left me on my knees for push-ups.. that’s okay, it will just take time! I used 10 lbs. on my SelectTechs, The first combination strained my lower back, next week I won’t use weights on that particular combo till my lower back is stronger, or bring it down to 5 lbs.

This intense 30-day workout is not for beginners! If you’ve completed Insanity, P90X, Chalean Extreme or TurboFire this is a great bootcamp or sports training style workout to help you with your agility, strength and stamina!
